It’s Not What the Doctor Ordered has been designed to educate your community on the dangers of prescription drug abuse. In this presentation, you will find steps that you can take to prevent abuse and reduce access to prescription drugs.

Who created the presentation?

The original content was created by Dr. Gregg Raduka and John Bringuel of the Georgia Prescription Drug Abuse Prevention Initiative and Dr. Merrill Norton of the University of Georgia, School of Pharmacy. Additional content and updates were provided by members of the Initiative’s statewide collaborative education team.

Who is the intended audience?

The content was selected with community partners in mind. This includes but is not limited to: agency representatives, community collaboratives and other professionals who provide prevention related services to their community.
