You are invited to attend the upcoming Ga. Prescription Drug Abuse Prevention Initiative Collaborative (GPDAPIC) meeting featuring prevention education, safe medication storage, secure drug disposal, and community engagement (advocacy) regarding Drug Misuse Prevention. This is the first time Telfair County will host this statewide collaborative meeting, and we welcome you to attend and let your voice be heard! 

      The hybrid (In-person/Zoom meeting will take place on November 17th at the Telfair County Board of Education, located at 212 W Huckabee St, McRae-Helena, GA 31055. The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. with a meet-and-greet, offering an excellent opportunity for networking and collaboration, and will conclude at 2:00 p.m. The event will include a working lunch, and parking is free. Attendees can look forward to a power-packed agenda with plenty of time for networking with like-minded people. There will be plenty of swag. Rumor has it there will be some free Medicine Safes available.

      You can participate in this important meeting in two ways, with in-person attendance preferred for a more interactive experience.
